Sharon Narita Fong
Sharon has over seven years of experience in Management Consulting. She has led teams on a variety of process improvement and user experience (UX) projects, serving clients in the Consumer Business, and Telecommunications, Media & Technology industries. Representative clients include Nike, Sysco Foods, Adobe Systems, Intel, VMware, Deloitte Consulting, and Juniper Networks.
Sharon has extensive experience in improving the UX for customer facing applications. She oversaw the production of UX and information architecture deliverables while coordinating with developers and visual designers to ensure technical constraints were addressed. Through her engagement with key business stakeholders, Sharon has also defined business process pain points and worked with cross functional teams to improve existing operating models.
Throughout her professional career, Sharon has engaged in the public sector on social initiatives. She worked with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on assessing the organization’s program evaluation methodology. She also worked in Beijing with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on a pro-bono project, where she assisted with corporate engagement efforts.
Sharon has a Master’s degree in International Economic Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of California, San Diego. She has an interest in international aid / development, and aims to engage with the local community through Verity Consulting.
