Our client was seeking expertise in strategy for a new product. One area they wanted to focus on was in product’s UX (user experience) in order to capture a larger market share. The client lacked a Product Strategist and UX Lead to execute on this initiative, so they turned to Verity.
We leveraged Verity’s proven and holistic Product Strategy Process and worked closely with key stakeholders to design the UX of the product.
- Data was gathered from SMEs and users through interviews to understand behavior and needs
- Mind Map of features and a Prioritization Matrix were created to identify “low hanging fruit” (i.e. features with a high return and low technical input)
- Concepts on the design direction were drafted and feedback was incorporated in an organized, iterative cadence
- Cross-functional (business, design, and technical) schedules, scopes, and resources were managed
A new, user-friendly marketing product was released to the public to an excited market. The final product was showcased at industry leading events and featured in several leading media reports.
